Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, although they had a significant funk about them and would beep every time the HVAC cycled on, disrupting sleep. The staff was genuinely polite and very helpful, offering breaks to the workers and ensuring a quality experience for guests. The location was isolated from the rest of the room, which was beneficial, and it opened up access to various nearby destinations. The dining options exceeded expectations, especially for the price. One downside was that the Wi-Fi was not included and had to be paid for separately.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of fantastic and disappointing aspects. The rooms, although a bit outdated, were comfortable and came with a convenient outdoor locker for ski gear. However, the noise levels from neighboring rooms were quite noticeable.
My stay at Crystal Mountain was delightful. The rooms were clean and nicer than a typical hotel room, and the conference rate made them very affordable. However, the rooms were a bit tight. The service was friendly, informative, and high energy, especially at the registration desk. The location was isolated, keeping the mess out of sight, and everything we wanted to do was within a very short walk. The dining options were far more than I expected, especially at the Wild Tomato. Overall, a great value for money.
